• Respond Manually: Craft a personalized reply.
• Instant Replies: Use a pre-set response for efficiency.
• Re-enter the Campaign: If it feels right, smoothly move the lead to the next step in their journey.

🔄 Two Ways to Return a Lead to the Campaign:

1. From the Campaign Tracking Dashboard:
   Here, you’re the campaign commander, steering leads back on track.

2. From the Chat:
   Engage directly from your conversations.

📋 In the Leads List (Check Leads) Dashboard:

Hit the “Back to the Campaign” button. Choose any step that makes sense based on the lead’s response, the previous interaction, and what logically follows next.

📥 From the Smart Inbox:

This might be your go-to method! It’s super convenient to see the lead's response and decide the next step right from the inbox.

⏰ Timing is Key!

When you’re ready to return a lead to the campaign, it’s crucial to specify the exact time for their re-entry. This precision ensures that the lead is reintegrated into the campaign at the exact time you specified instead of returning them in the present moment. Besides timing you can also choose to which campaign lead will be exactly returned.

Remember, if you don’t opt to return the lead to the campaign, you always have Saved Replies or instant replies at your fingertips, right in the chat's bottom-left corner.
