Excluding and Deleting Leads from a Campaign

Ready to master the art of managing your leads with ease? Whether you’re looking to exclude or delete leads, one by one or in bulk, we’ve got you covered!  Let’s dive into how to make your lead management smooth and simple. 😊

Excluding or Deleting an Individual Lead 🧑‍💼

• Find Your Lead: Head over to the Leads list page. Quickly locate your lead by typing their name or company name into the search bar. 🔍
• Exclude a Lead: Got your lead? Awesome! Just toggle off their activity status to exclude them from the campaign. 🚫

• Delete a Lead: Want to remove a lead completely? Just tick the box next to their name and hit the ‘Delete Lead’ button, located at the top right of the page. 🗑️

Managing Multiple Leads at Once 🌐

• Locate Your Leads: Start on the Leads list page. Use the search bar to find the leads you want to manage. 🔍
• Bulk Action: Select all the leads you want to exclude or delete, then choose either ‘Delete Leads’ or ‘Deactivate Leads’ from the options at the top right of the page. 🛠️

Before you start selecting, use filters like status, step, or verified email to make managing large groups of leads even easier. ✔️
