If you’re seeing an "Invalid LinkedIn Subscription" status, don’t worry—it’s likely that your Sales Navigator has just taken a little break. Here’s a simple guide to get you back on track:
The "Invalid LinkedIn Subscription" message usually means your Sales Navigator subscription may have expired.
Head to your account and click on the settings gear icon. This is where you'll find your path forward.
Within settings, locate the 'LinkedIn settings' tab and find LinkediN setup. This is your key to renewing access to Sales Navigator.
Follow the prompts to switch your subscription back to Premium. This will reignite your journey with Skylead.
Once you’ve upgraded, a new PIN will be sent to the email associated with your LinkedIn account.
Use the PIN to re-activate your account. Once entered, your account will be ready to set sail again!
