Team member statuses make it easy to manage and monitor your team’s activity and roles effectively. "Invited," "Active," and "Inactive" statuses provide quick insights into who’s joined, who’s active, and who may need a role adjustment to get started again. Learn how to assign roles, update seats, and keep your team fully engaged, manage your team like a pro! 😊✨
1. 🗣️ Invited Status
- This one’s pretty straightforward! It means you’ve sent an invitation to someone to join your team, but they haven’t accepted it just yet. It’s like waiting for a friend to RSVP to your party. 🎉 They’re almost on board, just one click away! 💌
2. 👥 Active Status
- Woohoo! This is the one we all love to see. An active status means your team member has accepted your invitation and logged into Skylead. They’re officially part of the squad and ready to make some magic happen! ✨ Welcome them to the team and let’s get started! 🎊
3. 👤 Inactive Status
Now, this one’s a little different. A team member becomes inactive in two cases:
- Role Removed: If they had a custom role that was deleted, they’re left without a role on the platform. No role means no actions! 🚫 It’s like being in the game but not having a controller.
- Seats Lost: If they no longer have any seats to manage (because those seats were removed or resigned), they’ll also be marked as inactive. It’s like having a desk but no chair to sit on! 🪑
Want to reactivate an inactive member? 🤗
