1. Access Personalization Options 🖼️

• Launch Skylead and head over to the personalization feature. You’ll find two handy options: “Suggested Background” and “My Templates.” Let’s dive into “My Templates” for some custom personalization.

2. Create a New Template 📝

• Click on “Create New Template” to kick off your personalization journey. You’ll be greeted with a canvas to design your unique image or GIF.

3. Customize Your Template ✨

• On the left side of the canvas, you’ll find a bunch of customization options:
• • Add Me: Import your LinkedIn profile picture.
  • Add Lead: Import your lead's LinkedIn profile picture. (Just a heads-up: this imports each lead’s picture individually. If a lead doesn’t have a profile picture, the entire personalized image or GIF won’t go out.)
  • Choose a Custom Logo: Upload a logo image from your computer.
  • Add Lead’s Logo: Import your lead's company logo from their LinkedIn profile.
  • Add Text: Include personalized text like the lead's name or company. Feel free to customize the font, size, color, alignment, and position to your heart’s content.
  • Option to Delete Text: Need to make changes? Remove any text elements easily.

4. Save Your Image or GIF 💾

• Once you’ve crafted your personalized masterpiece, click on “Save Image.” Your image or GIF is now ready to jazz up your outreach messages!

• For email messages, choose where to insert your image or GIF. For LinkedIn messages and InMails, Skylead will place your personalized images and GIFs at the bottom of the message.
