Hi there, Skyleaders! đź‘‹
Today, we’re jumping into the exciting world of Custom Conditions and how they can streamline your workflow while supercharging your Skylead campaigns. 💡
Why Use Custom Conditions?
Custom Conditions are your go-to tool for efficiency, letting you combine multiple conditions into one. You can set up to five different outputs in a single Custom Condition, tailoring them to fit your specific campaign goals. Ready to learn how? Let’s dive in! 🚀
Step-by-Step Guide to Using Custom Conditions:
1. Add output:
Click this option to start setting up your Custom Condition. You’ll see the following options:
- Delete the previously set output.
- Configure the next output.
- Set the timing for when the Custom Condition will be executed.
2. Set Up Output #1:
For our first example, choose "Yes" on "Is connected?" as the condition, and then select "LinkedIn message" as the action. This means if a lead is connected, you'll automatically send them a message.
How it looks:
If connected ➡️ LinkedIn message
3. Set Up Output #2:
- Next, let’s handle leads who aren’t connected but have a verified email. Choose "If not", "Yes" on "If connected" and "Is email verified?" as conditions, and select "Email message" as the action.
How it looks:
If NOT connected ➡️ If email verified ➡️ Email message
4. Set Up Output #3:
- Now, imagine the lead isn’t connected, doesn’t have a verified email, but is open to Free InMails. For this scenario, select "If not connected", "If has NOT verified email", and "Is InMail free?". Choose "InMail message" as the action.
How it looks:
If NOT connected ➡️ If NOT verified email ➡️ If open to Free InMails ➡️ InMail message
5. Set Up Output #4:
- Finally, if the lead isn’t connected, doesn’t have a verified email, and isn’t open to Free InMails, you can set up a reminder action. Choose "If not connected", "If no verified email", and "If no Free InMail", and then select "View" to track that you’ve tried to reach out.
How it looks:
If NOT connected ➡️ If NOT verified email ➡️ If NOT free InMail ➡️ View
And There You Have It!
You’ve just crafted a Custom Condition that covers all possible scenarios within your sequence. This feature lets you optimize your outreach and make the most out of Skylead. 🌟
We hope this guide has been helpful, and that you’re ready to create campaigns that truly stand out! 🚀
Happy campaigning! 🤝
