1. Adjust Your Outlook Settings â
- First things first, hop into your Outlook account. Click that little settings gear icon âď¸ at the top.
- Navigate to âSync emailâ. Make sure to enable the option âLet devices and apps use POPâ. Just click âyesâ and youâre good to go!
Now, hit the Save button, and boom! Youâve aced step one. đŻ
2. Generate a Secure Password (If You Have 2-Factor Authentication) đ
- Head over to your Outlook profile settings. You can find it in the top-right corner. Click on âMy Microsoft Accountâ. In the main menu, go to âSecurityâ and then âAdvanced Security optionsâ. Hereâs a shortcut for you: account.microsoft.com/security đ. Look for âApp Passwordsâ and click on âCreate new passwordâ. Copy the password you get â youâll need it soon for setting up the SMTP server.

3. Enter Your Info on Skylead đĽď¸
- Now, letâs jump back into your Skylead account. Go to Settings > Email settings. Click on Add button and select the Custom Outlook template.
Next, fill in the following details:
- Username: Your email address.
- Password: The password you just generated.
Youâll also need SMTP and IMAP IP addresses and port numbers. A quick Google search for âOutlook port numbersâ should give you all the info you need in no time. âąď¸
