- Sender email: This is the email address you want to send from.
- Sender name: The name that will appear in the recipient's inbox (yep, thatâs your name! đ).
3. Enter Your SMTP Settings đ§
Youâll need to fill in the following information:
- Username: Your email address.
- Password: Your email password.
- IP address/Outgoing Server Name: This is your email providerâs server name.

Not sure where to find these details? No worries! A quick Google search with your email providerâs name followed by âSMTP settingsâ should do the trick. đ
If youâre unsure who your email provider is, just head over to a site like MXToolbox or DNS Checker and enter your email domain. Choose MX from the dropdown, and youâll see something like this:
The underlined text is name of your email provider. Use that name to search for the SMTP settings. Easy-peasy!

Now, letâs move on to the IMAP settings:
- Username: Your email address.
- Password: Your email password.
- IP address/Incoming Server Name: Your email providerâs server name.
- Port Number: Provided by your email provider.
Just like with SMTP, you can find these details online by searching â[Your email provider] IMAP settings.â
5. Choose Your Security Option đ
Finally, youâll need to select between these two options:
- TLS/SSL: Most email providers use this option.
- No Encryption: Only use this if your email provider requires it.
And thatâs it! Youâre all set to start sending emails through Skylead. đ
